This one’s huge, but barely anyone talks about it.

Sunlight = “Wake up” juice for your brain.

Your body’s been making melatonin all night — that sleep hormone. Now, you need to shut it down. Light tells your brain it’s daytime. Time to go.

If you can, step outside for 30 seconds. Balcony, window, whatever. If the sun’s hiding, flip on your brightest light and stare into it like it owes you money.

Some mornings I literally open my front door in pajamas just to get that light hit. Worth it.
