You don’t need to run a marathon. Just get the blood pumping. Shake off the night like a dog drying off after a bath.

Here’s a quick flow I swear by:

  • Neck rolls – 10 seconds each way
  • Shoulder rolls – forward, back
  • Stretch your arms up like you’re trying to grab the ceiling
  • Touch your toes (or try to)
  • High knees or jog in place (30 seconds)
  • End with a goofy full-body shake. Yes, like you’re being electrocuted.

You’ll feel silly. Good. That’s the point. You’ll also feel alive.
