Minutes 3–5: Move That Sleep Off

You don’t need to run a marathon. Just get the blood pumping. Shake off the night like a dog drying off after a bath.
Here’s a quick flow I swear by:
- Neck rolls – 10 seconds each way
- Shoulder rolls – forward, back
- Stretch your arms up like you’re trying to grab the ceiling
- Touch your toes (or try to)
- High knees or jog in place (30 seconds)
- End with a goofy full-body shake. Yes, like you’re being electrocuted.
You’ll feel silly. Good. That’s the point. You’ll also feel alive.
